The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public's assistance in identifying a person and vehicle of interest in reference to a Theft I incident which occurred in the 600 block of L Street, NW, on Saturday, April 23, 2016 at approximately 8:41 AM. The subject and vehicle were captured by a nearby surveillance camera.
