The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public's assistance in identifying two persons of interest in reference to a Theft I incident which occurred in the 500 block of North Capitol Street, NW, on Monday, May 23, 2016 at approximately 12:50 PM. The subjects were captured by the building's surveillance camera.
