It's day #15 of our Southwest USA Tour and for this food challenge I'm at Rockhouse Bar inside The Venetian in Las Vegas, Nevada. I will be trying to complete their Monster Burrito Challenge and finish everything within the 20 minute time limit. Big thanks to everyone who came up that day to watch and meet us!! Rockhouse Bar’s Monster Burrito Challenge ($45):

A huge burrito weighing around 72 ounces (4.5 pounds) filled with carne asada steak, pico de gallo, sautéed onion, green chilis, cheddar cheese, French fries and lettuce, swaddled in a blanket of three 12-inch flour tortillas, all topped with sour cream and guacamole. There is a 20 minute time limit to finish everything. Winners receive the meal free, a sweet t-shirt, and spot on their Wall of Fame. Note that the restaurant claims it weighs 4 to 4.5 lbs, but the actual weight is closer to 6 lbs.
